You will just want to look at this and see how he handled himself as a leader and what he did as a man to be able to handle his situation.When he got shot in the face, he thought that he would never be able to lead again. He could not find the right solution to help him get back up on his feet. There were others that tried to help him and he really hated them for it. He thought that they had been in favor of slavery, and that he was wrong and that he needed to lead by example. That is why he became the way that he was.You should always remember that he was not perfect, and if you look at his career, he has some things that he did not like and other things that he did like. He thought that he was always right and that people should follow him and that he was the right man for the job. He had a vision and he really wanted to make the right decisions. He felt that his vision was the best vision and he really believed that he was the one to lead.It is not easy to read about the leadership of Abraham Lincoln. It was a tough period in American history. Some of the leaders in this country wanted to end slavery and other did not. He had his vision and he had his style. One thing that you can always keep in mind is that he did not want to take his vision and force it upon the country.The great leaders in this country are those that do not want to be in charge. They wanted to lead and they were able to do that. You can keep this in mind and look at the man's leadership style and see what you think.
